EasyAppsOnline is a web-based Insurance Application Processing System. It provides an easy and effective method of completing and submitting insurance applications online.

How is my information protected?
Your information is protected by a 256-bit Network Solutions SSL Certificate. This is the highest level of security available on the Internet. In addition, EasyAppsOnline encrypts your social security number and other proprietary information. It works by breaking up your information into indecipherable fragments, and when you need to view the data the system will recreate the data and make it available to you. This is far more secure than information written on paper.
How much does it cost?
EasyAppsOnline is based on a per-user fee structure.
This means a user can generate multiple applications such
as pre-screening, dental, vision, and life, but you will only
be charged one low cost fee annually per user.
- There is a one-time setup fee to customize the EasyAppsOnline system with your company colors, logo, and other information. Your EasyApps site will be a link from your home page providing easy access for your employees.
- After open enrollment is completed this information is archived until next year facilitating the enrollment process for existing employees and allowing them to update information where needed. New employees will perform a standard enrollment.
How do I begin?
Just call our toll-free number, email, or we invite you to stop by our office if you are in the area. We will discuss your site requirements and review all available applications. If you don't see the application you require we can program the application within one week. You are only a phone call away from making this year's pre-screening or open enrollment process a breeze.
Is there a support system for EasyAppsOnline?
We provide phone, chat, and email support to our users. We also offer training videos and help documents to help you along the way. We provide automated email response for forgotten passwords, as well as rapid email and message response to user questions. Support requests offer a quick response by the Broker, by clicking on the displayed email link. EasyAppsOnline also provides an Activity Log that tracks user activity on the system. The log displays the user, the task they have performed, as well as the date and time of the activity. |
